Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Travel Packages

1. Introduction

Welcome to Siam Travel. By booking a travel package with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation. These terms apply to all travel packages offered by Siam Travel.

2. Booking and Payment

• 2.1 Booking Process: To book a travel package, you must complete the online booking form and provide all required information. Once submitted, your booking will be confirmed by email.
• 2.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payments can be made through our secure online payment system. For certain packages, a deposit may be required with the balance due before the departure date.
• 2.3 Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in currency, taxes, or other factors. Any price adjustments will be communicated to you before finalizing your booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 3.1 Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply as follows:
  • More than 30 days before departure: 70% of the total price
  • Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the total price
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
• 3.2 Cancellation by Siam Travel: We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen baggage. Siam Travel is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.

5. Changes to Bookings

• 5.1 Changes by Customer: Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Any changes must be requested in writing.
• 5.2 Changes by Siam Travel: We may make changes to your itinerary or travel package if necessary. We will inform you of any significant changes and offer alternatives or a refund if applicable.

6. Responsibilities

• 6.1 Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, such as passports and visas. Siam Travel is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.
• 6.2 Health and Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that you meet any health and vaccination requirements for your destination. Siam Travel is not liable for any health issues or travel restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Siam Travel is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the travel package.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from your booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Vietnamese courts.
